There was originally going to be a blatant reference to Ranma 1/2 in here. It was, unfortunately, dropped.

The shot in panel 3 is actually based on a similar shot I worked on for a deleted scene after the "Master of the Dramatic Cutoff" panel. I may use it as filler pretty soon, because I'm about to be a bit busy and the buffer is in questionable status. The reason it was dropped was because the idea for whatever Kyle made changed a lot from conception to execution. It started out as a robot uprising idea (original, no?), then some gravity-changing thing gone horribly wrong, then this. Basically, the only things that have remained constant since the original idea (maybe May 2008) and now (January 2009 when I'm writing this) are the title and this plot summary: Kyle (& Nick?) make(s) a thing, which then proceeds to go horribly wrong.
