Yes, that is the cryptic symbol. Yes, Miles has a red tie. No, I'm not saying what that means.

I stated last Friday that I tend to reuse backgrounds. Don't be surprised if you see that "over 9000" poster again.

Miles' hands are foreshortened weirdly here. I think it has something to do with me only taking about twelve minutes to draw this thing. Heck, it was pretty simple, just one guy with a sign of a sign. I spent most of my time fretting over the choice of prepositions: should it be "Stories in the Dark" or "Stories of the Dark"? Either way, it makes sense. This one has more possible meanings, so I'm going with it. (One possible meaning: it takes place mostly in a library, so Books in the Shade! Stories in the Dark!)

It's been suggested that I try working in color, so at least a part of this arc will be in color just as a test.
