Gasp! Something dramatic!

Okay, so this isn't happening on a Friday. The reason behind this is that I decided not to make a strip originally scripted between the december 1 and december 2 comics. This is actually convenient, as there's going to be a filler tomorrow because it's the end of the arc.

The big text returns, hopefully for the last time. Anyhow, I like the profile shot of Steve in panel 4 (c'mon, people, process of elimination if you don't know who I'm referring to). I liked his nose a whole lot better than the one I originally drew for Miles, so actually copied Steve's nose and made a mirror image to replace Miles'. Other swaps? I changed the positions of panel 3 and panel 4 after scanning in the lineart. It occurred to me that it didn't logically make sense if it was the other way around.

Fear the cryptic symbol. It's like a House of LeAVeS joke. Well, not really. You'll see it again. Like on the site banner...
